Work with me

I have limited availability for one-on-one work with men on their journey of self-discovery. Take the first step by reaching out.

My approach

As a licensed therapist in five states for twenty years, I have developed an eclectic approach that melds the best parts of empirically-developed approaches. This is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS) and my own proprietary approach to unpacking and  the inherent models of masculinity and conditioning all people raised as men experience.

We start by exploring the stories men have been told about themselves - who they are, and what it means to be a man. The pressures and responsibilities we are given to hold. We then use the techniques listed above to re-write the stories and uncover the man underneath. We find your authentic power and identity - the man under the mask.

Thank you for ALL of your support over the past 18 months. It’s been helpful to a degree I can’t articulate. I didn’t know this work could be this productive and helpful. I always thought it was a bit of magic, but it’s very tangible.
